Impressed by cleanliness and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at Americas Best Value Inn Comanche for three nights. The room had a large flat-screen TV and a spacious king-size bed that felt really comfortable at the end of a long day. I appreciated the little touches like the coffee maker and complimentary toiletries. The cleanliness was impressive. the entire property looked well maintained. However, I encountered a severe issue with the door in my room. It didn't seal properly, allowing noise and odors from outside to disrupt my stay. Additionally, I had crickets in my room, which was quite unsettling. Housekeeping was not done during my stay, so I had no fresh towels or trash removal, which was disappointing. The front desk staff were friendly, but I expected better overall upkeep of the facilities.

yes, crickets everywhere, dead and alive! ! the door didn’t seal, making it feel like i slept outside. you’d think, as a paying guest, there would be a room upgrade or welcome treats to make up for this, but nope, just no care at all.

I had a smooth check-in experience and appreciated the cleanliness of the room, especially the spacious bathroom. The king-size bed was super comfy and perfect for a restful night after a long drive. However, I think they could improve the room temperature control, as it was quite hot when I arrived, taking a while to cool down.
